How to pair my new watch to my smartphone:

If it’s a Viva, Viva Pro, Aura or Aura Pro:

To sync your new Cubitt to your smartphone you must download the App called CUBITT PRO.

Once you download the App and your smartwatch is charged, please open the App and follow the instructions to create a new account. Then you will be able to pair your new smartwatch through the App by having the Bluetooth of your Smartphone turned ON.

What you should NOT do: pair the watch directly with the Bluetooth in your mobile phone's settings. This will not allow the watch to get paired through the App. If you did pair your watch with your smartphone, please go to settings and select "forget device"

If it’s a Jr or a Teens:

To pair your new JR watch, simply download our App Cubitt Jr + Teens and Sign up

Once you input your email and password, select next to where it says, "Verification Code" select "Get Code". 

Then, please check your email and you should receive a code; if you didn't receive it, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder, it should be there

After you add the verification code in the App, simply select "proceed" and you should be all set!

I’m having issues with the pairing of the device:

Did you connect your watch to the Bluetooth of your smartphone directly? Please do not pair the watch directly with the Bluetooth in your mobile phone's settings. This will not allow the watch to get paired through the App. If you did pair your watch with your smartphone, please go to settings of your smartphone and select "forget device"

Then, you can go to the App called CUBITT PRO just with your Bluetooth of your smartphone ON, and with your watch nearby, and select "device" " and then the + sign and bind device"

How can I turn on notifications on my watch to receive messages, emails, social media notifications:

To turn on the notifications of your smartwatch, go to the App and follow the instructions:

Select where it says "Device"

Go to "Notifications" and select "Allow Notifications" (Remember when you pair your smartwatch with your phone you had to select "allow" when it asked you to display the notifications). After you select allow, you will be able to choose the apps of the notifications you want to receive.

Is there Bluetooth calling included?

For the Viva, Viva Pro, Aura and Aura Pro, there is Bluetooth calling. You can use your watch to receive calls, answer calls, speak over the phone or decline them.

To use this function simply turn the function on by connecting it through the Cubitt Pro App. After this, make sure the Bluetooth of your phone is always ON and you will be able to receive calls.

How can I record my sleep?

Make sure your watch is tight enough, but not too tight and not too loose.

When you wake up, please make sure your smartphone has the Bluetooth ON, and login to the App. Then, make sure you refresh the App so that it gets all of the new information from your sleep. 

Select in the "Home" where it says "Sleep" and you will be able to see all of the details. 

Do you usually sleep for 3 hours or more? Or less than 3 hours?

Your sleep during the night that lasts more than 3 hours no matter if it's deep sleep or light sleep it will track. Sleep will be tracked around the clock. However, your sleep will be recorded only if it lasts for three hours (there are three stages of sleep: deep sleep, light sleep and Awake hour). 

Going back to sleep after getting out of bed, sleeping in, or playing with your mobile phone in bed will affect the recording of your sleep. Also, if you don't wear the device before going to bed, or if you take off the watch immediately after getting up, the recorded sleep time will be prolonged or inaccurate

How to change the time on my watch:

To change the time and date, simply connect your watch to the App on your smartphone. 

Once you connect your watch and it is synced, the time and date of your watch will change to the same time and date you have on your smartphone

Is there a charge or membership for the Cubitt Pro App or the Cubitt Jr + Teens App?

Our App is completely free, no extra charges! If you are getting charged then you are using the wrong App.

Are the watches waterproof?

Yes. Sweat proof, rain proof and splash proof. You can use the fitness tracker when running in the rain or washing your hands.

Is there a charger included?

Yes, all of our watches come with a charging cord that gets connected to any USB port or computer

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase of a Cubitt device, you are entitled to a refund of the item if you meet the conditions set out below.

To qualify for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Request a return authorization inside the return window, until January 5th, 2025
  2. Return the device and / or accessory, in the original packaging, not used, and in good physical condition.
  3. We are not responsible for the shipping cost back to us
  4. We will not refund the shipping cost of the order
